Susan Epstein Fitness Goal: Lose Weight Susan was one of Melissa's first clients. With the goal of losing weight, Melissa created more specific weight loss program that would help Susan reach her goal. A full makeover of Susan's nutrition and fitness goals was the first step towards winning the Gold's Gym Body Revolution Challenge in 2000. Mike Smith Fitness Goal: Professional Level Bodybuilding Bodybuilding is a tough sport. Diet, twice a day workouts, proper rest and planning are all part of the program. My New Year's Resolution was to enter a bodybuilding contest at 40 years old. I accomplished my goal and even entered two contests. I placed first and third.
